FGS and HPE Launch revolutionary apprenticeship programme to help future sales talent grow. 

The Future Growth Sales Excellence Programme will bridge the gap between academic learning and sales skills to develop future leaders, faster. 

 

FGS and HPE have launched a new apprenticeship programme designed to cultivate future sales leaders and strengthen partnership and collaboration. 

 

The Future Growth Sales Excellence Programme is a blend of academic learning, practical skills, and mentorship that will immerse HPE apprentices in the dynamic world of IT sales. HPE apprentices will see first-hand the impact of partnerships and collaboration and take away the deep sector knowledge of regulated markets they need to drive growth, together.  

 

The programme serves as a testament to FGS and HPE’s commitment to meaningful collaboration and is a demonstration of joint action to invest in continuous development of future IT sales leaders. Equipping them with the tools, knowledge and resources to excel. The ground-breaking programme comes off the back of FGS’ and HPE’s successful, longstanding relationship.

The Future Growth Sales Excellence Programme will be co-led by FGS CEO Peter Stroud and HPE’s UK Channel Compute Specialists & SMB/MM Sales Manager Seyvan Kellay.  Sessions will be delivered in the workplace, through a blend of remote and face to face mentorship and learning.  Each month apprentices will have time to develop and embed the knowledge and skills they are learning in training sessions, as well as the opportunity to access individual guidance from mentors within HPE Strategic Gold Partner, FGS.

The programme’s curriculum has been meticulously designed by FGS and HPE to ensure its relevance and effectiveness, with input and feedback provided by individuals who are currently on or have recently graduated the HPE early careers group.  This includes Jaden Rafferty, Partner Business Manager, HPE and Meg Marshall, Data Services and Cloud Specialist, HPE who co-hosted the programme’s launch.

Incorporating feedback from collaborative pilot sessions, and HPE early career team input, the programme promises to provide the necessary guidance and support to strengthen further collaboration and unlock future IT sales leaders full potential.
